Challenge

TrainingPath is a training company specializing in executive coaching and team development. They have a strong reputation amongst Fortune 500 companies, repeat clients, and talented facilitators but did not have a site that communicated this. They approached smashLAB to build a site that would establish a stronger position in the marketplace, develop an online brand that connects with new and existing clients, and to better showcase their offering.

Solution

Targeting the site at executives and Fortune 500 companies, smashLAB wanted to avoid the "touchy-feely" aspect of competitor programs and deliver something more exclusive and serious, without losing the fun aspects. For reference, smashLAB looked at the visual language used by high-end athletics and fitness brands. In doing so, they were able to provide a visual direction that makes associations to optimum performance, synergy, and excellence.

Result

The new TrainingPath site gives the company a credible look and reinforces their reputation with solid structure, confident colours and photos, and emphasis on client logos of well-reputed companies and institutions. Visitors get a better overview of everything TrainingPath has to offer and the programs are easier to browse. The company page now elaborates on all the accomplishments and experience of the talented roster of facilitators.
